Who is Cayaba Care?

Cayaba Care is a community-based, maternity program that provides wrap-around support throughout pregnancy and postpartum to improve maternal health outcomes.

Our multidisciplinary team is led by Maternity Navigators (MNs), who are community health workers and certified doulas, working closely with our members (in-home and virtually) to ensure they have the care they need to have a joyful and healthy maternal journey.

Why Cayaba Cares

Maternal Health is in Crisis in the United States.

Cayaba Care was founded in 2020 by OBs, moms & maternity care experts to fundamentally and comprehensively address maternal health inequities in Black and Brown communities in the Philadelphia area.

In order to reduce these disparities we developed an approach rooted in earning trust, being accountable to those we serve, and being able to constructively problem solve.

Our company today has grown and evolved from this approach, partnering with the communities we serve to address the unique needs of our members and to provide exceptional maternal care experiences for everyone in Philadelphia and beyond.
