Your member care team consists of the following experts to ensure you have the support and care you need, when you need it.

Maternity Navigator (MN)

You'll no longer have to manage everything alone with the support of a certified doula and experienced maternal health coach, who will be with you throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum to guide you through every stage and connect you to other members of the care team as you need them.

Family Support Specialist

Assist you and your family with resource navigation and connect you to essential housing, legal, and support services you need to grow and thrive.

Registered Dietician

Nutritional counseling and support at every stage of pregnancy and postpartum

Nurse Practitioner

Works to address any health concerns, offer clinical guidance, address complex health needs and collaborate with your provider to ensure appropriate coordination of care.

Lactation Consultant

Personalized counseling, education, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition to independent breastfeeding for mothers and infants.
